North Greenland
Here you will find 8 cities and the Northeast Greenland National Park, which has an area of 972,000 km ² and includes the entire northeastern part of Greenland north of Ittoqqortoormiit.
Winters are long and the sea is frozen for nine months a year. Ittoqqortoormiit is an ideal starting point for tourist trips and expeditions by sea kayak, boat or dog sled to the desolate Northeast Greenland National Park.
